About Kai Lange
After graduating in architecture I started my career in 2002 at Pesch & Partner in Herdecke. Since 2003 I independently designed and implemented mainly high quality, individual residential buildings and residential complexes with up to fifty units for the architectural practice Bauart in Dortmund.
In 2007 I started the project management of "HITS - Heidelberg Institute for theoretical Studies" with Bernhardt+Partner in Darmstadt. After completing the state of the art research center, which included the rebuilding of a tutorial building and the redevelopment of a listed Villa in a historical park, HITS received the award for exemplary building by the chamber of architects of Baden-Württemberg.
Having returned from a two year travel across Asia and Latin America, I am looking forward to the next projects with the same strength and new ideas.
